Established in 1992, Bradford Property Rentals (Bpr Estates) has been in the lettings industry offering a professional yet value for money service to homeowners and landlords. The principal aim of Bpr Estates is to provide all customers with a highly efficient and courteous service delivered by motivated and experienced staff with exceptional knowledge of their industry and market.

Bpr Estates is currently re-launching its sales department offering the same unrivalled professional service to home buyers and sellers. The offices are currently undergoing a full refurbishment and expansion plan and will soon be housing a vast array of services under one roof ranging from the current lettings, sales and financial departments and soon to include legal, hips, design and building services too.
Our sales office offers a free market appraisal (market valuation) service and handles all aspects of the sales procedure right the way through to completion. We work on a completely no sale no fee basis and even offer to refund your withdrawal charge for having to escape from rogue agents in some cases. Additionally the Lettings service can assist with both prospective tenants and all landlords’ requirements.

BPR Estates aims to become a one stop property shop for the first time buyer right the way through to professional portfolio property landlords. BPR Estates provides complete assurance of our total commitment to the highest levels of service. That’s why we offer a no sale no fee service and don’t charge extra for contract race/multiple agency contract.
