We fully realise that voids cost landlords money; therefore we monitor all development works and only release monies once 2Let have inspected all works and can confirm that the property maintenance work has been carried out to a satisfactory standard and on-budget.

Property Sourcing:

Because of our contacts and position in the market place, we are often offered a property at below market values, typically between 15-30% off typical sale prices. Our charge for this service is £1,000.00 upon completion and management of the property for a minimum of 12 months thereafter. The biggest mistake you can make is to buy the wrong house, in the wrong location, at the wrong price; we are happy to discuss any of your property requirements to match your budget.
