Simply call to arrange a viewing; we shall take a note of your details and match you with a property suitable for your needs.

There is no charge for viewing a property, however, we do charge a holding deposit should you wish to be considered for the property. (The deposit is currently £85.00, with no additional fees for joint tenants or guarantors), and should your application not be successful, you will receive a full refund, subject to conditions!

We aim to process your application within just 48 hours, so if you are successful, you could be moving into your new home within just a few days!

Due to our vast experience, we offer you full support in applying for housing benefit should you require it.
