Fenix Property was established in May 2009, and since then the business has gone from strength to strength. Fenix continually strive to innovate and develop services that make the process of renting a home easier and easier. The launch of our new call centre in Washington means we are now able to extend our opening hours to suit the needs of our customers. We offer wide coverage as one of the region’s largest independent lettings agency, and by opening the new call centre we are ensuring our customers have access to experienced negotiators outside normal office hours.
Being independent gives us a different set of morals for how we operate as a business, the flexibility we can offer in terms of fees, contracts etc means we can offer a bespoke service. We take great pride in our proactive approach with both Landlords and Tenants which is the key to our growth.
