Lobster Lettings is a vibrant 21st Centuary agent that doesn't pre-judge tenants. Out of 100 tenants 90% will usually be trouble free, however we may occassionally have issues with a small minority of both private & DSS tenants, and will endeavour to resolve them in equal measure.

When it comes to the vetting process all personal circumstances will be taken into account & considered individually with the landlord being given all of your circumstances in order to make an educated decision, the fact that you may be in receipt of benefits is just a small part of the story.
